Monofilament, lurex, polystyrene plastic, acetate, 35mm film slides

Double bed machine knit halter dress made with over 500 printed pieces of screenshots from my phone that made me laugh. Pieces made from a combination of handmade shrinkydinks + acetate prints placed inside old film slides.

Thinking about digital archiving and the impermanence of a screenshot in the eternal internet void… so I made a dress of 100% plastic so this piece of my online presence will last forever!!!
